There is a possibility of remote work for this position.   This position oversees analysts supporting applications in ancillary areas such as pharmacy, laboratory, neurology, and surgery.  An understanding of applications like Nihon Kohden, Natus, ProVation, Omnicell, etc. is preferred    1. Coordinate the work of data analysts to ensure a timely issuance of products reviewed by other analysts. 9. Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining applications within the Cooper Health system. 10. Analyze system requirements and determine system functional specifications 11. Gather requirements, provide fit gap analysis and create effective technical solutions for the business needs. 12. Design, validate and confirm new or changed functionality with the supported application environment that meets customer specifications. 13. Provide complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering. 14. Provide consulting support for customized implementation and installation of the software and related integration elements. 15. Lead large groups to make key decisions. 16. Work closely with business users and application team to design, build and execute a comprehensive integration and user acceptance test plan and scripts. 17. Training new team members of the team 18. Coordinating the analysis, development of new functionality, testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades, and fixing system defects. 20. Ensure the creation and maintainence of all necessary documentation and training materials for application implementation and changes. 21. Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols 22. Create and maintain all documentation for all assigned applications 23. Develop, plan and execute testing for supported applications 24. Communicates all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all necessary internal department teams. 25. Must demonstrate basic skills with process improvement and project management. 26. Must be able to function as part of a team providing a high level of quality service to clients. 27. Maintain support documentation, service desk routing, and knowledge base entries. 28. Create and maintain test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system updates. 29. Assist with the administrative, technical, and customer-facing duties surrounding the successful project implementation of system updates and changes. 30. Understand end-user workflow. 31. Serve as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts and technical support. 32. Perform on-call duties as assigned. 33. Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational core values.

This position can work tray line, host/hostess, cafeteria, deli, cashier, salad bar, pizza, etc. Can act as runner and be responsible for restocking and cleanliness. Responsible for ensuring all stations are ready for operations, including accuracy, speed and having a sense of urgency. This includes setting up next shift for success. Daily cleaning of respective areas and a clean as you go policy to be enforced. Hosts/hostesses are responsible for requesting two patient identifiers (date of birth and full name of patient) and assisting patient with opening items if required. Hosts/hostesses must ensure condiment boxes are restocked, patient delivery carts are sanitized, etc. COMPLETE ANY OTHER DUTIES/CLEANING AS ASSIGNED Daily cleaning to include starter stations, air- curtain refrigerators, host/hostess carts, ice cream freezers, beverage center and any other areas as deemed necessary in-patient services. In the retail areas all set-up and breakdown of stations must be cleaned and sanitized between shifts and fully restocked. Everything must be dated and labeled, and temps recorded daily – twice per day. All staff members may be asked to perform other tasks and/or temporarily re-assigned to other work areas, as business needs require. Break times are subject to change contingent upon business needs.
