PART TIME Technologist $2,500 Sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment. Bonus paid as follows: o $500 upon completion of first 90 days o $1000 after completion of 1 year o $1000 after 2 years of employment   NEW COMPETETIVE RATES!     - Performs CAT Scan procedures following protocols established by the Radiologist - Operates the CT scanner during IR procedures in the CT department. - Maintains work area: Reports maintenance issues for equipment, monitors supplies and deficiencies.  - Adheres to all Infection Prevention prolicies, utilizing the appropriate PPE needed. - Maintains licensure and BLS.  - Stays current and participates departmental training offered. - Demonstrates courteous behavior, positive attitude, etc. through polite communication with all co- workers/customers. - Understands and appreciates the need to provide good customer service, both internal and external. - Participates in clinical activities (i.e. assists with patient flow/care, helps to optimize throughput of patients via Radiology Transport). - Remains compliant of timekeeping rules: Avoids early, late and unauthorized entries. Adheres to Departmental procedures, fulfills compliance with life safety, fire and hazardous waste, Radiation Safety, and Infection Prevention requirements. - Attends staff meetings and reviews daily huddles to keep current on department communications. - Participates in Departmental On Call and Holiday Requirements.  

  Minimum one year of recent experience working in a medical facility as a medical assistant and/or documented evidence of externship completed in a medical office.   Electrocardiogram (EKG), vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injection experience.   Epic experience preferred.   Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and teamwork skills.   Demonstrated performance of excellent customer service skills.

Receives specimens and orders appropriate tests as prescribed; processes samples for laboratory testing using various computer applications. Checks for specimen integrity and proper specimen identification. Prints and distributes reports, answers telephone calls from customers including inpatient nurses/physicians and outpatient clients. Processes specimens for multiple Reference Labs.

The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary      health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a      designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the      nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.        Follows established policies and procedures.         Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.         Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management      and physicians.         Applies Cooper core values.         Other duties as required.

The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all admissions, laboring patients, gynecology patients in the hospital as well as providing attending support to emergency room consultations. The OB/Gyn Nocturnist will be one of two in house attendings responsible for care.  In addition to clinical proficiency, the ideal candidate should be skilled in the scholarship of teaching and be able to work with students/residents/patients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.The Ob/Gyn Nocturnist will play an active role in the education of medical students and residents. The physician will work in cooperation with the faculty and attending physicians within and across departments to provide quality care to private and service patients. Involvement in department, hospital and medical school activities is encouraged. The Ob/Gyn Nocturnist is expected to model and educate evidence-based practice, and participate and educate trainees in performance improvement, quality and patient safety. Employment includes an academic appointment with Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, commensurate with academic and research experience.
