Conduct basic and translational research experiments involving cellular, biochemical, and
molecular analyses.
Perform experiments as directed by the lead scientists (Principal Investigators).
Maintain detailed records of experiments.
Communicate research findings to the Principal Investigators and members of the research
Team.
Train members of the research team in laboratory methodologies.
Oversee the activities of trainees.
Maintain organization of laboratory.
Monitor laboratory supplies.
Prefer: Experience in cell culture, microscopy (fluorescence and phase), and biochemical and molecular biology techniques (Western blotting, cloning, PCR, etc.)
Experience with teaching laboratory techniques to students. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and statistical analyses
One year biomedical laboratory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Baccalaureate degree.
