Overview

Kelemen North and South 9 is a two-sided, seventy-six bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit.  Our staff care for a variety of patient populations, including cardiac, trauma, gastrointestinal, and psych. Also to support our staff are Clinical Nurse Managers (CNMs) which help with patient care, through put, and assignments.   

Short Description

Reporting up through the nursing AVP for Professional Practice, Quality and Innovation, the clinical educator is a member of a dynamic team of masters prepared nurses with a focus on innovative and evidence-based practices that support clinical team members transition to practice as well as ongoing professional development in their individualized units or specialty.

Experience Required

  • At least 3 years nursing clinical practice in direct patient care required.

Education Requirements

  • Masters Required; Masters in Nursing preferred

License/Certification Requirements

  • NJ RN license required
  • AHA BLS required
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Special Requirements

  • 4/10's - 7P-5A with flex weekend coverage
  • Specialty certification preferred
