Short Description

Provides administrative support for AHI Medical Specialties. 

Handles new provider contracting and on-boarding, functions as the Credentialing Liaison for the medical staff and Health System Credentialing Department, and performs all contract renewals.  Also works with support departments at Cooper, including Legal, Finance and IT to ensure providers are successfully onboarded.

Works independently, and communicates with new providers to ensure they provide required documentation and applications to become a contracted employee and member of the Cooper medical staff.

Extreme attention to detail necessary.

Experience Required

Minimum 3-5 years Administrative experience

Education Requirements

High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred

Special Requirements

Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and follow-through skills.  

Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be able to work independently.

Computer literate, expert Microsoft Office skills.

Knowledge of data management and scheduling systems/software (e.g. IDX/Flowcast, Isignt, and Amion) preferred.
