Customer Service: Delivers meals to patients following proper scripting, using two patient identifiers; assists patients with opening cartons, etc. Process Room Service customer orders, including patient/family initiated orders and those patients needing assistance. Take phone calls and fax orders for all food requests. Provides assistance with tray assembly as needed and/or acts as a Call Center Operator as
the job requires
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
