Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions for VP, AVPS, Directors and Managers including meeting scheduling and logistics, calendar management, PowerPoint preparation, meeting minutes, vendor communications including contract follow-ups, consultant onboarding, general administrative support.
Budget support including analysis of data from budgeting systems to review budget performance, analysis of invoices and general ledger transactions to assist management in verifying invoice payments, budget variances, and contract continuity. Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
