Short Description

Support for the Division Head of Disaster Medicine

    • Provide administrative support the Division members, including the Emergency Management Committee, the Regional Training Center and the Medical Coordination Center
    • Coordination of Basic Disaster Life Support and Advanced Disaster Life Support programs

 

Support for EM Faculty members as needed

 

 

Medical Education Coordinator

    • Assists with daily operations of the Emergency Medicine Residency Program
    • Completes residency verifications, various compliance tracking, resident conference attendance and other tasks to be determined

Experience Required

Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred

Special Requirements

Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and follow-through  skills.  Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be able to work independently.

 

Computer literate, expert Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of EPIC Cadence, and Lawson.
