The Learning Specialist’s role includes coordinating nursing orientation with the Learning and Development Team. The Learning Specialist is responsible for conducting needs assessments, development and delivery of nursing learning programs and services that provide nursing team members with professional growth and the skills to effectively support the medical center’s mission, vision and strategic initiatives. You will serve as a role model, consultant, change agent and facilitator in implementing and evaluating educational activities.
Masters Degree required. Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
Current American Heart Association, (AHA) BLS CPR (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
