Experience Required

  • Greets visitors and assists them during check-in, intake and check
  • Provides outstanding customer service 
  • Keeps Therapists on track and assists with exercise/therapy practices
  • Schedules appointments and records information in Practice Management System ( Electronic Scheduling System) 
  • Answers telephone calls and routes appropriately
  • Verifies insurance eligibility, ensures requirements are met and explains to patients as needed
  • Collects co-pays
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent

Special Requirements

  • One year of experience in customer service or reception, health care environment preferred
  • Prior Exercised therapy experience or training/certification
  • Computer experience preferred, Interpersonal skills must be well-developed
