Provides occupational hand therapy services including evaluations and treatment in accordance with policy and procedures of state laws and the professional code of ethics.
Minimum 5 years clinical experience hand therapy including 4,000 hours of direct hand therapy
Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current NJ-OT - NJ Occupational Therapist license.
Successful passing of the hand therapy exam.
