Responsible for the development and oversite of the Health System’s organizational risk management program activities, including but not limited to administering the enterprise risk management program on a day-to-day basis.
The program job responsibilities include:
Conducts risk assessments of high risk areas, and programs, , Supports and provides standard interpretation.
Oversees all insurance coverage renewals including coordination of all renewal
7 or more years of progressive experience in Risk Management or related experience in a large/ complex academic healthcare organization.
Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills; team player; solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to influence change; negotiation skills
Bachelor's Degree required, RN, Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or MBA preferred.
ARM, CPHRM helpful.
