The Adult Health Institute is seeking a passionate and strategic Division Manager to lead both administrative and patient-facing operations. This role is essential in ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality while advancing the institute’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care and provider support. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to innovation, operational excellence, and compassionate service.
3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Epic systems, particularly Cadence and Optime
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and provider support
• Proven success in process improvement, team leadership, and project execution
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between practice sites as needed (approx. 15%)
