Short Description

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates various projects, programs and services involving diverse administrative operations
• Performs detailed fact gathering, data compilation, and report writing on budgets, organizational structure, workforce management, operations, and administrative systems
• Conducts analysis to identify opportunities for improved process efficiencies and workflow, simplifying procedures, and implementation of cost reductions
• Coordinates collection of data and preparation of operating reports, such as time and attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance data
• Prepares, monitors, and controls quarterly productivity benchmarking submissions and provides status reports on expenditures, projects and related items
• Prepares, monitors, and controls position control infrastructure to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepares and presents oral and written reports including conclusions and recommendations for solution of process and administrative and problems or procedures
• Coordinates with departmental leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Respond to inquiries, make calendar entries, coordinate meetings, develop and maintain appointments using Microsoft Outlook

Experience Required

One to three years of experience with project management, data analytics, management analytics, or equivalent quantitative responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Experience in conducting studies which includes evaluating operations, programs, services, policies and procedures to determine efficiency, effectiveness, whether goals and objectives are met and compliance with policies and procedures preferred.
  • Experience in descriptive statistics such as the mean, median, mode or standard deviation.
  • Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlation or variance analysis.
  • Experience with productivity management platforms preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel).
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate information in a presentation-format that translates technical or financial terminology into terms understandable to leadership, associates, and external customers.

Deadline oriented; ability to work independently and in a team environment.
