Cooper IT is excited to offer an Application Analyst I position on our ERP & WFM Team to a qualified individual. We are looking for someone who is a team player to work in a hospital information technology department.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and ability to interact well with diverse end-users, Physicians, and IT Staff.
• Works with mentor/lead and independently to verify the problem and solution options.
• Triage incidents and troubleshoot operational workflow problems based on best practice (SOP) and vendor specific solutions.
• Resolve application or affected operational workflow problems for UKG Workforce Central/UKG Pro WFM, Infor CloudSuite FSM and GHR as well as 3rd party applications.
• Demonstrates ability to grasp application-specific systems to maintain, optimize, and support new feature implementations.
• Follow established change management procedures.
• Support Go-Live events.
• Support on-site troubleshooting to resolve issues related to UKG, Infor, and 3rd party applications.
• Attend vendor specific required classes and successfully complete to acquire certifications.

0-2 years’ experience preferred
Experience working on projects and working with stakeholders to learn and understand processes.
Preferred location driving distance to Cooper Camden campus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems. Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system
0-2 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree
RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN preferred.
Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system preferred.
Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable required.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in high pace work environment.
