Short Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial and Administrative Coordinator to manage financial data and perform administrative duties for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, data analysis, and report generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data, including daily inputs, verification, and dispensation.
  • Maintain financial records and perform reconciliations.
  • Generate financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain budgets for various programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare grant proposals and funding applications and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
  • Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Coordinate and monitor the organization's purchasing process to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the organization's accounting software.
  • Work with auditors and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting and reporting requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the organization, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

Experience Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • 1 year of experience in substance use disorder system 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with grant management and compliance is a plus.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting/finance, or related field preferred.
