The Nursing Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to coordinate, direct, organize and evaluate patient care, resources, and management during their designated shifts in coordination, with the Nurse Directors. Responsible for assessing and resolving issues requiring immediate intervention. Evaluates and provides feedback of individual staff members to Nurse Directors.
Previous supervisory experience required.
Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
Current American Heart Association, (AHA) BLS CPR (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
