The Identity and Access Management Analyst III is a senior role. This role is responsible for is responsible for safeguarding critical and confidential information. is responsible for account life cycle management and auditing as appropriate. The Identity and Access Management Analyst III participates in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation, optimization and support related to access, while working with application teams to deploy new applications and functionality. The Identity and Access Management Analyst III leads and assists in the development of department and organization wide policies and procedures, while effectively communicating policies and procedures impacting Identity and Access management to end users, leadership, and peers to ensure compliant practices. The Identity and Access Management Analyst III provides guidance on optimizing security build based on appropriate minimum necessary standards. The Analyst III is responsible for the on-going maintenance, testing, support and optimization of Identity Governance and Role Based Access Controls (RBAC). The Identity and Access Management Analyst III is highly independent holding organization level responsibilities and leads large scale projects. The Identity and Access Management Analyst III team member mentors and trains team members demonstrating leadership characteristics in line with Cooper University Hospital. They lead and implement continuous improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy of work performed.
3-5 years
Required: Pass EPIC Security, Migration, and SailPoint training for the department 6 months from hire
Required: Pass iCooper, Epic training, Omnicell/Omnicenter/Medication training, Active Directory Training, ServiceNow and Intranet training during probationary period
Required: Must pass Epic Data Courier Exam within 6 months of hire
Bachelors preferred
Vocational / Technical School – specific to Identity & Access Management such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS), or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP
Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
Experience in one or more of the following: Single-Sign On, Identity Federation, Resource Provisioning, Logical Access Control Systems, or Enterprise Directory Architecture.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
