Supporting the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, Vice President of Decision Support, Chief Compliance Officer, and other leaders; assures proper scheduling, correspondence (includes voice mail, phone calls, letters) and follows through on assignments. Coordinates meetings and conference rooms. Prepares documentation and material for meetings, documents minutes (as needed) and ensures seamless operation of office related functions.
Completes all other duties as assigned.
Minium 4 years' experience in secretarial or office manager role.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
