Short Description

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our Cooper Care Alliance Network in the Cape May, NJ region. Experience Required

  • Provide outpatient care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal, and pituitary conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage chronic endocrine conditions.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Assist in hospital consultations and rounding according to a set schedule.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation, ordering, and communication

Education Requirements

  •  MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

License/Certification Requirements

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain), DEA license, and current BLS/ACLS certification.

Special Requirements

  • Experience in ambulatory or outpatient care settings preferred.
