The Digital Workplace Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support and solutions for audio and video technologies, conference room collaboration hardware, and a variety of mobile devices including iPhones, Rover phones, iPads, and Surface tablets. This role also encompasses responsibilities related to digital signage and wayfinding hardware and software, ensuring seamless operation and integration within the organization's digital workplace infrastructure.
0-3 years' experience required.
High School Graduate/GED/Equivalent work experience required.
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
1-3 years of relevant experience required in lieu of Bachelors’ Degree.
General knowledge of solution-specific systems and supporting third party hardware or software required.
