initials and complete message.
Document interactions and provide prompt responses via standard or electronic mailing
systems.
Responsible for typing, faxing, copying, filing and mail duties.
Respond to questions and queries.
Assist divisional personnel in work tasks as directed.
Maintain a professional, pleasant and helpful attitude with all callers
1 year clerical filing experience, 1 year experience in medical office environment preferred
HS diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
