A Neurodiagnostic Tech will perform the functions of the Neurodiagnostic technologist in an epilepsy monitoring unit as well as routine lab procedures including optional evoked. Additional duties may include routine EEG, at an off-site office
Fluctuating days and hours
On-Call required
3 years in the neurodiagnostic field and/or experience in epilepsy monitoring unit.
Experience in review and editing of I.P. video monitoring
Background in digital EEG as well as two years under supervision of Registered EEG Tech.
Spenoidal electrodes a plus.
Prefer graduate of accredited EEG School.
Board Eligible or Successful completion of the examination by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) preferred.
