Short Description

The Workforce Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Workforce Management Team by overseeing recruitment logistics, engaging candidates, and monitoring operational workflows. This position ensures a seamless hiring experience through effective interview coordination, initial candidate screenings, and real-time oversight of applicant and agent activity. Additionally, the specialist actively monitors phone queues and agent statuses to help maintain optimal staffing levels and service performance.

Education Requirements

High School/GED required.
