The Flow Manager’s primary responsibility is to facilitate flow through the Infusion care area.
He/she will delegate care to the infusion nurses, medical assistants, phlebotomists, schedulers and patient service representatives and assign patients, ensuring that workload
is balanced. Tasks will be delegated appropriately, employing resources as needed to assure
quality and efficient care.
leadership and management of the Infusion Unit under the direction of the Clinical Director.

A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in Infusion, with 1 year of demonstrated leadership abilities.
Graduate from an NLN accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor’s in Nursing or active pursuit preferred.
