The Workers' Compensation Analyst is responsible for managing and administering workers' compensation claims and benefits for employees who experience work-related injuries or illnesses. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, facilitates timely and appropriate medical treatment, and supports return-to-work initiatives.
3-5 years related experience in workers’ compensation administration or human resources.
Experience with Microsoft Office software and Excel functions.
Strong analytical skills,verbal,written communication, organizational and customer service skills.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize responsibilities and deadlines.
Must demonstrate knowledge of laws and regulations governing workers’ compensation administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
