Short Description

This position is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining an application or applications and provides guidance, leadership, and technical supervision to teams of application analysts in their area of expertise. This includes trouble shooting, researching, and solving technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members. Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to understand the overall business roadmaps and prioritizes accordingly. Comfortable managing and communicating pertinent information as needed. Strong understanding of the business/technical work/workflows.

Experience Required

  • 6-10 years experience required.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare preferred.

License/Certification Requirements

  • RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN.
  • Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system.
  • Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable.
