Responsible for supporting the Cooper Heart Institute operations and leadership through effective data management, document organization, and coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintains confidentiality while managing personnel and financial documents, including payroll support. Provides administrative and operational assistance to the CHI director and Division Clinical leaders with accounts payable, employee reimbursements, financial reconciliations, vendor contracts, financial reporting, and quality assurance meeting minutes. Supports the management of Heart Institute schedules to optimize utilization of space and resources. Serves as liaison for physicians, addressing administrative needs, while also coordinating with vendors and finance teams to ensure accurate invoice processing. Responds promptly to inquiries from vendors and Cooper leadership, applying knowledge of accounts payable, iCooper, Kronos, and finance operations. Demonstrates strong customer service and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
