The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department. This role serves as a key liaison between clinical and administrative teams, coordinating daily workflows, managing scheduling and communications, and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery and staff efficiency.
The administrative coordinator will join a growing AHI Pulmonary team to build a strong foundation that will support this fast-paced, accomplished division.
0-2 years’ experience required
HS diploma or GED required
Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, providers and coworkers required.
