Short Description

The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department. This role serves as a key liaison between clinical and administrative teams, coordinating daily workflows, managing scheduling and communications, and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery and staff efficiency.

  • Answers all incoming calls for the Camden office; registers patients, schedules appointments, takes and directs messages to physicians and/or other staff, and ensures timely follow-up and completion.
  • Monitors and completes all Epic InBasket messages, ensuring prompt communication, appropriate routing, and thorough documentation of follow-up actions.
  • Processes all incoming and outgoing mail in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Responds to all requests for medical records in accordance with organizational policies and privacy regulations
  • Assist with development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

The administrative coordinator will join a growing AHI Pulmonary team to build a strong foundation that will support this fast-paced, accomplished division.

HS diploma or GED required
