Short Description

  • The Director of Grants Management oversees all pre- and post-award administration for grants and investigator-initiated sponsored projects, with a particular emphasis on federal and state awards.
  • This role ensures compliance with sponsor guidelines, federal/state regulations, and institutional policies, while supporting project teams across the grant lifecycle.
  • The Director collaborates with faculty and staff within the institutes and centers to support grants and other sponsored programs administration and leads process improvements, training initiatives, and cross-functional coordination with corporate business partners.

Experience Required

6-10 years required. 10+ years preferred. 

Education Requirements

Batchelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. 

License/Certification Requirements

Certified Research Administrator (CRA) at time of hire strongly preferred, required within one year.
