Short Description

• Support Cooper’s success in value-based programs through program and project management. 

• Manage or support process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results in our payer programs in partnership with project sponsors, process owners and other team members.

•Engage with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and implement standardize workflows, transform processes and progress from volume to value.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. 

Master's degree preferred.
