The Administrative Assistant provides supports with the daily operation of the HRPP and IRB teams, including composing emails, communicating with customers via our electronic platform, reviewing materials submitted to our dept., organizing files, handling confidential and personal materials, and supporting with other assignments as identified.
The assistant in this role will be able to work independently mostly and collaborate for special assignments as needed. The assistant selected for this role will need to have a customer service-oriented focus.
Organize, prioritize and complete work. Interact with all levels of management and external customers. Communicate verbally and in writing.
Handle multiple tasks, confidential matters and materials.
High School required.
Associates Degree preferred.
4-6 years office experience.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Typing skills 45-50 wpm.
Ability to work independently.
