Responsible for overall direction, utilization, supervision, and instruction of professional
and supportive personnel at Cooper and each of our satellite locations.
Primary duties are policy making, planning, staffing, directing or controlling the activities
and operations of existing and future sites.
Assists with the development, implementation and monitoring of all programs, policies
and procedures, maintaining adequate qualified and competent personnel, adequate
supplies and equipment to ensure a high degree of quality patient care and service.
7 - 10 years of medical management experience, at least 5 years of which must have been supervisory with responsibility for all facets of management.
EPIC experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Excellent organizational, written verbal communication and leadership skills.
Must know the principles and practices of business/medical administration and management
Must communicate effectively and clearly verbally and in writing.
Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
