Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all patients presenting to Multi-Specialty Site. This Ambulatory Nurse coordinator is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. Leadership may be remote; requires ability of expanded problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making at a supervisory level. Will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Moorestown Multidisciplinary site. This model focuses on the acute/immediate care needs in the Moorestown and surrounding areas. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required.
1 year RN in Ambulatory setting preferred
Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse)
Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
