Responsible for analyzing, developing, and administering compensation programs for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs).
This includes reviewing productivity data, benchmarking against industry standards, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Additionally, this includes the monthly flow of funds (FOFs) calculations and biweekly Contract Request Forms (CRFs) process.
The Senior Financial Analyst provides guidance on employment agreements and incentive plans while supporting leadership in strategic decision-making and financial planning
Compensation Program Management:
Analyze and support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of physician and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) compensation programs.
Develop and calculate ad hoc compensation models in response to institute requests.
Incentive & Compensation Administration:
Oversee the administration of sign-on and retention bonuses, partnering with Human Resources and institute leadership to coordinate payments.
Maintain and update physician and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) compensation records to ensure full alignment with executed contractual agreements.
Contract Request Forms (CRFs):
Facilitate the end-to-end CRF process across departments, from initial submission through delivery to Legal.
Proactively communicate complexities, ensure timely completion, and maintain strong attention to detail to confirm alignment between CRF documentation and provider compensation.
Reporting and Decision Support:
Prepare reports, conduct system audits, and provide insights into leadership on compensation trends and performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, and IT to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives and drive key initiatives.
5 – 7 years in healthcare finance required, compensation analysis, or related fields.
Experience with physician compensation programs is highly valued.
Bachelors Degree Required
Masters Degree Preferred
Communication – Ability to communicate with directors in various institutes, Vice President of Finance and CFO
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills and SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools (Preferred)
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and precision when working with contracts, compensation data, financial modeling, and reporting.
