Short Description

  • Oversees the teams responsible for providing patient estimates and guiding insured patients through the healthcare financial process, ensuring they understand their billing details, insurance coverage, and out-of- pocket costs, while also coordinating with front end, Financial Screening and Billing departments to facilitate smooth efficient payment collection, answering all incoming calls regarding billing concerns and processing payments.

    Key duties include staff supervision and payroll; creation and analysis of pre and point of service cash

    reporting; policy development, patient education, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.


    Promotes and supports organizational and departmental initiatives.


    Works collaboratively with internal and external customers to improve systems and processes.

Experience Required

3-5 years required. 

Education Requirements

High School/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
