Evaluates patients and plans Speech Therapy for oral-motor functioning, language comprehension, speech (speaking) abilities, basic reading/writing abilities, as well as feeding and swallowing abilities based on patient's specific age group.Adapts program according to the needs of individual patient, appropriate to the patient's specific age group. Selects constructive activities suited to the individual’s physical capacity, intelligence level and interest and documents outcomes of the evaluation/treatment in a timely manner. Consults with other members of the rehabilitative team
Graduate of an approved College or University with a Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
Must possess a current license to practice Speech Therapy in the State of New Jersey.
