Short Description

The Lead, Business Operations and Performance Improvement provides embedded operational performance leadership across Radiology, Laboratory, and Pharmacy. This role is designed to reduce access delays, improve turnaround time reliability, strengthen staffing effectiveness, and deliver priority initiatives on time. The position leads through influence—supported by the AVP and Administrative Directors—by building a sustainable management operating system (metrics, cadence, accountability) and driving cross-functional execution and change adoption. Technology and analytics tools can surface insights; this role ensures those insights are converted into actions, behavior change, and sustained results.

Experience Required

0-2 Years experience required.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required.

Master's Degree Preferred.

Special Requirements

Experience in healthcare operations, performance improvement, analytics, finance, consulting, or service line operations (acute care preferred).

Demonstrated success improving access, turnaround time, productivity, and reliability through data-driven execution and change management.

Strong analytical skills (Excel required; Power BI/Tableau preferred) and ability to translate data into action

Skilled facilitator who can lead through influence, build alignment, and communicate clearly with clinical and operational leaders.
