Responsible for preparing quality reports related to the care of specific patient population for hospital clinical departments and for regulatory bodies in collaboration with members of
the interdisciplinary care team. Must have knowledge and understanding of clinical pathways or guidelines. Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements and standards is preferred.3-5 years clinical experience with preference for experience with assigned patient population(s) to be overseen. Prefer experience with performance improvement concepts and/or quality requirements & best practices related to assigned patient population such as disease specific certification.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and/or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Current NJ RN licensure required. RN certification preferred, especially CPHQ.
