Six or more years’ experience as an attorney. Health law education and/or experience at a law firm, for the government, or another health system preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of the law and related terminology. Written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal/human relation skills. Research and report preparation skills. Legal analysis and argument skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
A demonstrated ability to systematically:
A demonstrated ability and desire to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment
A demonstrated proficiency in modern legal office skills, including the use of Microsoft Office products, the Internet, Westlaw and e-mail.
Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor required.
Must possess a valid NJ driver’s license.
Active bar admission in good standing and eligible for New Jersey licensure. Admission to the New Jersey Bar required within one year of employment.
