The Instructional designer prepares, presents and maintains IT system user training that results in a well-educated and prepared workforce.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Scope, Purpose, and Frequency of Contacts:
Frequent interaction with business owners, IT staff and organizational leadership. Instructional Designer schedules may be temporarily modified in order to accommodate the needs of our participants and minimize negative impact on clinical/business operations.
3 years’ experience in training, Information Technology, Healthcare Operations, or 1 to 2 years as super user or trainer for EMR/EHR deployments.
High School Diploma Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
