Minimum of (1-2) years’ experience required in a leadership role within Cooper University Hospital or another similar organization
3-5 years leadership experience preferred
Proven Six Sigma, Lean or Project Management experience preferred
Proven problem solving skills
Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred
Preferred trained as Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt (i.e. ASQ certification, GE Leadership Development Training, Cooper University Health Care or an Accredited University program). Change Agent trained desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Meeting facilitation and project management skills are highly preferred.
