Identify methodologies to improve all aspects of revenue cycle operations, with specific attention to coding, charge capture and process improvement.
Participates in work groups on projects associated with revenue enhancement efforts.
Keep abreast of regulations and policies for all reimbursement sources.
Provide problem resolution and analysis reports as required.
Oversee and monitor the charge entry process for offsite programs; to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recording of all billable services
Conduct Weekly charge reconciliation audits
Other duties as needed to support the team/department
Charge Entry, EPIC experience, Registration and Coding knowledge.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must have in depth knowledge of third party policies and procedures.
Excellent analytical skills required.
