The Cape May Court House Orthopaedic Nurse Navigator serves as a key clinical resource and patient advocate, guiding patients throughout their orthopaedic surgical journey. This role coordinates pre-operative and post-operative care, facilitates communication between patients and the care team, provides education and support, assists with discharge planning, and ensures timely follow-up to promote optimal outcomes. The Nurse Navigator works collaboratively with surgeons, advanced practice providers, rehabilitation services, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, patient-centered care and enhance the overall patient experience.

Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience required; orthopedic, musculoskeletal, surgical, or specialty practice experience preferred. Demonstrated expertise in patient education, care coordination, navigation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical triage. Proficiency with EHR documentation.

BSN required

Current NJ-RN License or if working in an office in another state, that applicable state license.
