Supply Chain functions at Cooper are divided into several strategic divisions:
- The Strategic Sourcing Division is tasked with upstream sourcing assessments of market activity, contract portfolio, and supplier relationships and is responsible for providing proactive recommendations on any upcoming needs for service contract renewals, rebids or RFPs.

- Assure DRG rate, payor factor mark up, and re-bundled items are correct
- Review problem claims to prorate or re-bill appropriate insurance
- Responsible for mail, telephone inquiries, or resolving problems with insurance companies and patients
- Processes adjustments, inquiries and monthly reports on a specific payor, i.e., NJBC, HMOs

Perform Cardiovascular Stress Testing, EKG Testing and Editing and Holter Monitor Application--Inpatients and Outpatients - Adults and Children.

Under the direction of the manager of clinic operations, functions as a supervisor to clinical staff capable of preparing evaluations and providing in put on performance and administering evaluations. In addition, brings disciplinary items to the manager. Provides medical assistant support to the providers if there is a staffing need. At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patient’s Bill of Rights.
Lead others in providing prompt and accurate patient registrations while delivering good customer service. Must be able to multi task and work in a team environment. This individual serves as a lead and the front-line contact person for all incoming patients. The incumbent will greet, register, schedule and provide general information to patients and/or their families. Ensures that insurance information is verified, co-pays are collected, and that patient charts are prepared in advance. At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patient’s Bill of Rights.
