The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide the knowledge, skill, and expertise necessary to successfully support the day to day operations of the clinical unit.   The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible to: - Oversee assignments. - Assist in quality and throughput goals. - Support staff engagement by serving the unit in a consistent, supportive, and compassionate manner. - Role model/mentor clinical staff to address patient needs effectively. - Supports quality patient care and organizational priorities at the direction of the Clinical Director. - Identify and support the elements of improved care quality care using HRO principles.

- Coder III demonstrates proficiency in coding high acuity inpatient accounts and/or coding of technical outpatient accounts including, but not limited to Observation, Radiation Oncology, Chemotherapy Infusion, Cardiac Cath/Electrophysiology or Interventional Radiology and Surgery to support Revenue Cycle goals for timely billing.

A Perfusionist operates extracorporeal circulation and autotransfusion equipment during any medical situation where it is necessary to support or temporarily replace the patient’s circulatory or respiratory function.    The Perfusionist is knowledgeable concerning the variety of equipment available to perform extracorporeal circulation and is responsible, in consultation with the physician, for selecting the appropriate equipment and techniques to be used.

A nonexempt position responsible for the nursing care under the supervision of physicians, providers and/or registered nurse(s). May be involved in both the clinical and administrative areas including physical assessments, medication administration, promotion of wellness through patient education and teaching, care of the patient environment and organizational tasks. Maintains working knowledge of regulatory standards and is accountable to sustain these standards in daily operations. Initiates and implements patient teaching plans. Under the direction of the team Supervisor and/or Manager, the Collections Specialist II will be responsible for: - Accounts Receivable tasks related to Cooper University Professional provider revenue cycle and collections. - Duties will be performed in a fast-paced central billing office environment. - The PB Collections Specialist will be flexible and responsive to changing priorities. - The candidate will act as the customer experience agent between third-party payors, Cooper University Health Care patients, and internal departments.

Responsible for the management of clinical and business operations of assigned sites, including the delivery of quality clinical services, improving patient experience, materials management, software implementations, regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, environment of care, and facility management, making themselves or designee available after hours for emergency issues such as facility or operational issues due to weather, call outs or other unforeseen circumstances.
