The Third cook will Prepare food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu Reads food order or receives verbal instructions on food required by patron and prepares and cooks food according to instructions. Follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other foodstuffs for consumption in eating establishments. Prepares food under direct supervision or instruction by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry or fish for culinary use.
Assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated timeframe. Evaluates patients, implements, and documents nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient tests and administers medications utilizing the nursing process. Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing and current NJ-RN License required. Specific shift requirements apply.

Some of the primary duties that GI technicians perform include:
- GI Technicians prepare rooms and equipment before endoscopic procedures and clean up and sterilize after procedures

Carries out procedures for department functions, including, but not limited to:
- Washing, inspecting, packaging, and sterilizing instruments/equipment

- Performs Computerized Tomographic procedures in accordance with hospital standards, State, and Federal regulations.
- Have a full knowledge of cross section anatomy and computer applications specific to CT. Practices in accordance with National Patient Safety Goals.
- Verifies the presence of images and accurate documentation in the Picture Achieving Communication System. Assures accuracy of information provided and the quality of images.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide the knowledge, skill, and expertise necessary to successfully support the day to day operations of the clinical unit.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible to:
- Oversee assignments.
- Assist in quality and throughput goals.
- Support staff engagement by serving the unit in a consistent, supportive, and compassionate manner.
- Role model/mentor clinical staff to address patient needs effectively.
- Supports quality patient care and organizational priorities at the direction of the Clinical Director.
