This position shall interpret complex healthcare regulations to guide organizational compliance; conduct internal investigations and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps or potential compliances breaches, and/or respond to third party inquiries; create and update corporate policies and procedures; develop and implement education programs; monitor evolving healthcare laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance; and offer legal advice on healthcare regulatory matters to Cooper management.

The Registered RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. Round on patients and provide service recovery to decrease the number of complaints and grievances while also overseeing the Patient Experience Advisors, taking the lead for orientation, and coaching while doing validations. Maintains a heavier case load than other Advisors. Collaborate with Clinical staff on complex patient issues. Review all data entered by rounders into EARS to ensure accurate reporting. Provider shall provide Hospitalist Physician(s) as needed to staff the Hospitalist Services at all agreed upon facilities to provide the following services:
Physician Duties:
a. Complete all duties of attending physician as outlined in the Medical Staff Bylaws
b. Coordinate all specialty consultations and resource utilization
c. Discharge patients in a timely manner
d. At time of discharge/transfer will complete Discharge Instructions and medication reconciliation
e. Dictate DC Summary at time of discharge and indicate copy to be sent to family doctor and all specialists following patient during stay
f. Participate in QI and RM and UM as reasonably requested
g. Respond to Hospital codes as Lead Physician as requested

This person will work with the front-line staff doing one/one training, coaching and informational training emails using the results of the WQ errors and Audits. This position contributes to employee engagement, improved financials through reducing denials and rework.
Responsible for receipt, distribution and delivery of supplies within Cooper Health Care network. This includes: Picking of requisitions orders, Receipt of Purchase Orders, Delivery of supplies, utilizing truck, Replenishment of inventory supplies, Cycle Counting, Utilizing Lawson/Mobile Supply Chain RF Scanner, Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
