Round on patients and provide service recovery to decrease the number of complaints and grievances while also overseeing the Patient Experience Advisors, taking the lead for orientation, and coaching while doing validations. Maintains a heavier case load than other Advisors. Collaborate with Clinical staff on complex patient issues. Review all data entered by rounders into EARS to ensure accurate reporting. Creates solutions for reoccurring problems and provides process improvement. Serves as the lead when the Director is out for weekly reporting to Administration.

Provider shall provide Hospitalist Physician(s) as needed to staff the Hospitalist Services at all agreed upon facilities to provide the following services:  Physician Duties:  a. Complete all duties of attending physician as outlined in the Medical Staff Bylaws b. Coordinate all specialty consultations and resource utilization c. Discharge patients in a timely manner d. At time of discharge/transfer will complete Discharge Instructions and medication reconciliation e. This person performs audits and manages the registration work queue errors. This person will work with the front-line staff doing one/one training, coaching and informational training emails using the results of the WQ errors and Audits. This position contributes to employee engagement, improved financials through reducing denials and rework. 

Responsible for receipt, distribution and delivery of supplies within Cooper Health Care network. This includes: Picking of requisitions orders, Receipt of Purchase Orders, Delivery of supplies, utilizing truck, Replenishment of inventory supplies, Cycle Counting, Utilizing Lawson/Mobile Supply Chain RF Scanner, Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
