The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide the knowledge, skill, and expertise necessary to successfully support the daily operations of the clinical unit while supporting unit alignment with organizational mission, vision, and goals. The Phlebotomy Technician is primarily responsible for collecting specimens for laboratory testing in the inpatient setting. Patients may range from newborn through older adults. Team members are assigned to various inpatient units based on volume and are expected to provide timely and accurate service.

- Management of all Clinical Review Patient Work Queues including DNB and report out progress on weekly CFB call. - Management of Livanta Appeal process. - Assist in denial mitigation and concurrent denials overturned dept goal. -

Under the direction of the team Supervisor and/or Manager, the Collections Specialist II will be responsible for Accounts Receivable tasks related to Cooper University Professional provider revenue cycle and collections. Duties will be performed in a fast-paced central billing office environment. The PB Collections Specialist will be flexible and responsive to changing priorities. The candidate will act as the customer experience agent between third-party payors, Cooper University Health Care patients, and internal departments.

Assists the Clinical team in providing indirect patient care, plus has nonpatient care responsibilities to include but not limited to:  - Room turnover: includes taking out the trash, cleaning all areas of the OR, including the OR table, making the table up, and mopping the floor - Gathering equipment, supplies, and instrumentation for surgical cases - Changing OR tables when necessary - Room set up: setting up the entire OR room for the next case or first case of the day; this includes making the bed, having necessary equipment in the room positioned appropriately for the case - Taking specimens to the lab - Take returns to CSP and put returns away that live in the OR upstairs. - PCT will be on your feet, the entire shift, so...
