The Reception Ambassador provides information and assistance to patients, families and visitors and serves as support for the clinical staff within the reception and lobby areas at Cooper University Health Care. The ambassador may fill the gap for patients without family or friends available for visits and is often the first team member patients and visitors engage with when entering Cooper University Health Care. Primary responsibilities of the Reception Ambassador are to greet patients/family and visitors, provide excellent customer service, and to create a safe and friendly environment for all guests.
