This role is a functional expert and leader of the Workers Compensation and Occupational Health functions.   Responsible for the leadership and effective management of Workers Compensation Program including all regulatory compliance.   Works collaboratively with Occupational Health, infection control and human resources staff to create policies and procedures for employee health programs. Ensures metrics for HR programs are established, monitored and met.    

Responsible for receipt, distribution and delivery of supplies within Cooper Health Care network. This includes: Picking of requisitions orders, Receipt of Purchase Orders, Delivery of supplies, utilizing truck, Replenishment of inventory supplies, Cycle Counting, Utilizing Lawson / Mobile Supply Chain RF Scanner, Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

This role requires rotating through all locations (Camden, CDHI, VSC, MSC, and all others as assigned). Anesthetic Locations: Main Operating Room in Camden (30-bed) with 100 average daily caseload. Multiple Camden outside of OR sites (OB, GI, EP Lab, TEE, Neuro IR, Bronch, Pain, IR, MRI, PAT Clinic, Trauma/Emergency Alert responses), Cooper Digestive Health Center (4-bed) & Voorhees Surgery Center (5-bed), Moorestown Surgery Center, and others as assigned.

The Advanced Practice Nurse assumes responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty. In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research.  Provide pre-hospital Advanced Life Support (ALS) care in all weather conditions, in cooperation with other EMS providers as a member of the patient care team. Care will be rendered to patients of all ages whom experience any injury or illness, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques to safely assess, treat, lift, move and transport patients to appropriate medical facilities. Complete all required documentation and other assigned duties which support efficient EMS operations while maintaining a professional attitude.
